MOUNTAIN CLIMBING

MOUNTAIN WAS FORMED IN EARLY 1969 BY FELIX PAPPARLARDI EX-PRODUCER OF THE CREAM. THEY ARE A HARD,ROCKING BLUES ROCK GROUP. THIS RECORD WAS MADE TO BE PLAYED LOUD, AS PROCLAIMED ON THE ALBUM SLEEVE. MOUNTAIN "CLIMBING" RELEASED IN EARLY 1970 WAS THEIR FIRST ALBUM AND WENT GOLD IN AUGUST 1970,IT SOLD A MILLION COPIES. "MISSISSIPPI QUEEN" AND "THEME FROM AN IMAGINARY WETERN" WAS THE TWO HITS SINGLES FROM THIS ALBUM.
THEY SPLIT IN 1972 AND REFORMED A FEW TIMES. MY FAVE SONG IS :THEME FROM AN IMAGINARY WESTERN."
